In Spanish it is known “limon granizado” and is very delicious and famous in Valencia and Costa Blanca regions.

Ingredients
1. Lemons (6)
2. Sugar (150 g)
3. Water (½ L)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Squeeze the lemons in the glass and set aside and grate the rind of one lemon. Heat the rind in water with sugar on low heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

2. Now mix all the things and freeze. When its almost frozen, stir and then again refrigerate it. Repeat it several times and serve when it’s semi frozen.
