Profiteroles Recipe

Ingredients
1. Flour (90g)
2. Butter (50g)
3. Fresh whipped cream (200g)
4. Milk chocolate (150g)
5. Medium eggs (3, beaten)
6. Water (185ml)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Heat water and butter in a pan and add sifted flour, mix well to form the ball. Now place it on a separate bowl and add beaten eggs little by little and mix well.
2. Make small balls from the dough and bake it on the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 25 minutes (210 degrees). Remove it and set aside to cool them. Melt the chocolate over the bowl suspending on the boiling water.
3. In the mean time cut the profiteroles in half and pour the melting chocolate over the top halves and set aside. In the other half put the whipped cream and then join the both halves. Refrigerate it for one hr before serving.
