Ingredients
1. Lemons (4)
2. Egg whites (2)
3. Sugar (200g)
4. The rind of one lemon
5. Cinnamon stick (½)
6. A pinch of salt
7. Water (½ liter)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Squeeze all lemons and grate the rind of one lemon. In the mean time heat the water with cinnamon stick and sugar. Boil it and simmer the gas for 10 minutes and let it cool.
2. Now add lemon juice and rind and freeze it. In the meantime, beat the egg whites with the pinch of salt until they are stiff and add it in the mixture when it just starts to freeze. Now again refrigerate it and serve when it’s totally frozen and hard.
