Spanish Aniseed Sweet Bread Recipe

1. Aniseed (1 1/2tbsp)
2. olive oil (3tbsp)
3. sugar (5tbsp)
4. water (1c)
5. flour (500gms)
6. bakers yeast (2tsp)
7. egg (optional)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a bowl; dissolve yeast in it with a bit of water. Take a pan, place it over heat. Add the rest of water, aniseed, olive oil, yeast and sugar in it and keep this mixture to boil for about 4 minutes.
2. Take off the pan from heat and keep it to cool. If you are using the egg then beat it and adds it into the liquid. Then add flour in the liquid and mix it well to make dough. Keep the dough aside for about 1 hour.
3. Make a low dome shape of the dough and again keep it for about 30 minutes to raise. Dust some sugar over the top of dough for extra sweetness.
4. Place the dough in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes. Then take it out from oven and keep it to cool. When it gets cooled then cut it into slices and serves with hot and thick Spanish chocolate.
