1. Evaporated milk (2c about 13 oz)

5. Philadelphia cream cheese (4pkgs. About 8 oz)

Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a pan, fill it with 1-inch of water and then place it in the center of the oven. Turn the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a tube pan, add 2 cups of water in it and then caramelize it over high heat on the stove top.
2. Take a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients in it and blend the mixture with an electric blender. Add the mixture in the tube pan.
3. Place the tube pan in the pan with hot water in the oven. Now bake it for about 1 hour until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4. Then take out the tube pan from the oven and keep it to cool. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator. When the cake get cold then flip it upside down on the serving plate. Cut the cake into slices and then serve it.
