Spanish Flan Or Crème caramel Recipe

Ingredients
1. Egg (1)
2. Caramel (1 desert spoon)
3. Sugar (2 desert spoon)
4. Milk (1 small glass)
5. water (1 spoon)
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Take a metal flan and burn the dessert spoon of caramel in it with one spoon water. Heat it until the water is of brown color.
2. Now beat the egg with 2 spoons of sugar and add milk. Beat them well. Pour this over the metal flan and put it on the simmering water. But make it sure that the flan or mould is not touching the water. Cook it till it’s fully cooked.
3. To test whether it’s cooked or not, put the knife in the mixture and when it comes out clean that means you are done with the recipe.
