Spanish Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Mandarins or preserved oranges (10 oz), orange juice (3fl oz), sugar (2 oz), butter (2 oz), biscuits (2 oz), cream cheese (25 oz) and chocolate shavings.

Method Of Preparation:-
Spanish Orange CakeTake biscuits, smash them and mix them with melted butter in a bowl. Take a loose-bottomed tine, grease it with butter, put the mixture in it and then place the tin in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Take another bowl, add sugar, cheese and orange juice in it and then beat the mixture until it becomes smooth. Take out the tin from the fridge and pour this mixture into the tin and then again place the tin in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Now take out the orange cake from the fridge and garnish it with pieces of mandarin and chocolate shavings. Now the cake is ready to serve. Cut it into slices and serve it.
