Trufas Con Cognac (Brandy Truffles) Recipe

Ingredients
Fresh cream (80ml), brandy (3tbsp), butter (50gms), cooking chocolate (250gms), cocoa powder (50gms), icing sugar (50gms).

Method Of Preparation:-
Trufas con Cognac (Brandy Truffles)Take chocolate and break it into small pieces. Take a glass bowl, put chocolate pieces in it. Take a pan of boiling water and place the bowl over simmering water. When the chocolate gets melted then take off the pan from heat. Add cream and butter to the melted chocolate and mix it properly. Then add icing sugar and brandy in it and then keep on stirring the mixture until it becomes thick and smooth. Now place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Then take it out from the fridge and make small balls of this mixture. Lightly sprinkle the cocoa powder over the balls and then serve them.
