Milk and Strawberry Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
Fresh strawberries (15 to 18), Castor sugar (180 to 200 gm), full cream fresh milk, at room temperature (600ml), agar-agar powder (1packet about 13gms), jelly cups or molds (10 small).

Method of preparation:-
milk-and-strawberry-puddingTake strawberries, wash and pluck the hard leafy tops of them. Drain and then cut each strawberry into quarter or into 6 wedges. Take a pot of 3 quart, add 600ml of water and sugar in it. Cook it until the sugar gets dissolve. Then add agar-agar powder in it and mix it thoroughly. Then keep it to boil on medium heat by stirring it regularly to avoid the sticking of mixture at the bottom of pot. When the mixture starts boiling then slowly add milk in it by stirring regularly. When the mixture boils again then takes off the pan from heat. Now the milk jelly is ready. Take jelly cups, rinse them and then fill each cup ¾ full with milk jelly. Keep it aside for about 20 minutes to cool at room temperature. Place 4 to 6 strawberry slices into each jelly cup. Keep it to cool completely and then cover the cup and place them in refrigerator about 2 hours to chill. Serve it chilled.
