Sweet Yellow Rice Recipe
This is very easy and tasty Indian recipe and it takes hardly 20 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:-
Rice (1 cup), Sugar (½ to 2/3rd cup), Water, Green cardamom (2), Almonds, pistachios, cashew, raisins ( 1 cup combined), Oil (3 tsp), Yellow food color
Method Of Preparation:-
Soak dry fruits in water overnight. Add oil in the skillet and heat it for 1 minute. Now add illachi, rice, color, water and sugar according to your taste and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice are fully cooked. Be sure to cook the rice on simmer and covered. Add nuts and mix them properly. Cover the rice for 3-4 minutes after adding nuts.
