Tiramisu for Diabetics Recipe

tiramisuThese tiramisu’s are safe for diabetics and for health conscious people as they are low in calorie and without sugar.

Ingredients:
Cream cheese, softened (1 packet [8 oz]), Brewed strong decaffeinated coffee (1/2 cup), Unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely grated, ([reserve 1 teaspoon] 2 squares), Cold skim milk (3 cups), Vanilla wafers (48 sugar free), Vanilla flavor sugar free instant pudding and pie filling (2 packs), Sugar free whipped topping, thawed and divided (1, 8 oz tub)

Method Of Preparation:-
Take a large bowl and beat the cream cheese with the help of electric blender or mixer. Beat the cheese until it becomes creamy and then gradually beat the milk in it. Now add the pudding mixes and mix them well. Now add two cups of whipped pudding and stir it. Now in a dish line half of the wafers and pour half of the coffee on the wafers and make the layer of pudding mixture and chocolate. Only half of the ingredients should be used. Now repeat the same procedure with rest of the wafers and ingredients. Top up the layer with whipping cream and sprinkle the grated chocolate over it. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
