This triple chocolate biscotti is really very tasty German recipe and contains coca and chocolate with eggs, butter and sugar etc.
Ingredients:-
Baking powder (2 tablespoons), Butter (1 cup), Cocoa powder (1.5 cups), Chocolate chips (2 cups), Eggs (6), Flour (5 cups), Sugar (2 cups), Tempered (chocolate 12 ounces), Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon)
Method Of Preparation:-
Mix butter and sugar and beat eggs one at time until smooth. Add vanilla and combine egg with the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and shape dough into the 6 long sticks and brush them with egg yolk. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 F. remove and let them cool. Cut them 1inch thick and bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let them cool. Dip tops of biscotti in the tempered chocolate.
