Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (1 1/4 cups), Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon), Large egg (1), Coconut (1/4 cup, grated), Unsweetened flaked coconut (1/3 cup), Vanilla (1 teaspoon), Macadamia nuts, chopped (1/2 cup), Medium ripe bananas, peeled and mashed (2), Pineapple [drained, crushed, juice-pack] (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Method Of Preparation:-
Firstly preheat the oven to 375° F and line a large baking sheet with the baking mat or the parchment paper. Now take a bowl and beat the egg, pineapple, vanilla and banana and blend them well to make a smooth paste. Now in the mixture add flour, baking powder, salt and coconut. Now mix them well and then add the nuts in it. Now make the desired shape of the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Bake it for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool them. Serve after cooling completely and store in a air tight container.

Number of servings: about 24 cookies
